千葉県からお越しいただいたお客様は、BMW M850iを所有されていました。
「以前施工したPPFが劣化してきたので剥がしたいのと、その後しっかり綺麗にしてコーティングしたいんです」とのことでご来店いただきました。
今回の施工内容は、

PPFは塗装を守る非常に優れた保護フィルムですが、経年劣化やダメージの蓄積によって張り替えや撤去が必要になることもあります。
特に長期間施工されたPPFは、剥離後の糊残りや境目の汚れ、塗装面のくすみなどが発生していることも少なくありません。
そこで今回はPPFを丁寧に剥離し、塗装面を整えたうえでダイヤモンドコーティング施工を行うことになりました💎
【施工前の状態】
お車を詳しく確認していきます。
BMW M850iは、BMWを代表するラグジュアリークーペであり、圧倒的な存在感と高級感を兼ね備えたお車です🚗
しかし今回のお車は、ボンネット・フロントバンパー・トランクに施工されていたPPFが経年劣化している状態でした。

PPFを剥がした後は塗装面の状態を確認しながら、しっかりと下地を整えていきます💪
【PPF剥離作業】
まずはボンネット、フロントバンパー、トランクに施工されていたPPFを丁寧に剥離していきます。
劣化したPPFは無理に剥がしてしまうと塗装への負担が大きくなるため、温度管理を行いながら慎重に作業を進めます🔥
フィルムを少しずつ浮かせながら剥離し、塗装面へのダメージを最小限に抑えていきます。
PPFを剥がした後には、残った糊や汚れも丁寧に除去していきます。
長期間保護されていた塗装面が現れ、本来のボディラインが見えてきました✨
【徹底的な洗浄と下地処理】
PPF剥離後はボディ全体を徹底的に洗浄します。
隙間に入り込んだ汚れや残留物を除去し、塗装状態を正確に確認できる状態へ整えます💧
コーティング施工では下地処理が非常に重要です。
汚れや油分をしっかり除去し、塗装面をリセットしていきます🧼
【塗装面の研磨】
続いてボディ全体の研磨を行います。
PPF剥離後の塗装面には、境目の段差や細かなくすみが見られることがあります。
専用照明を使用しながら塗装状態を確認し、一面ずつ丁寧に磨き上げていきます🔍
BMWのボディラインをより美しく見せるため、艶感と透明感を引き出していきます。
研磨後は塗装本来の深い艶感と映り込みが復活しました✨
【全面ガラスウロコ落とし】
続いて全面ガラスのウロコ除去を行います。
フロントガラス・サイドガラス・リアガラスまで一面ずつ丁寧に施工していきます💧
ガラスに固着したミネラル汚れを除去し、本来の透明感を取り戻していきます。
