When we inspected the vehicle, we found a deep and highly visible scratch on the hood. Although it was not deep enough to catch a fingernail, it still stood out considerably💦
The customer was also concerned about yellowing and mold on the rubber trim around the aerodynamic parts, as well as mineral water spots across all of the windows.
We first performed a test polish on the spot to determine how much the scratch could be improved.

【Condition Before Installation】
We began by carefully inspecting the vehicle.

【Removing Yellowing and Mold from the Aerodynamic Rubber Trim】
Next, we treated the rubber trim around the aerodynamic components that had been concerning the customer.
Rubber trim is regularly exposed to ultraviolet rays and rainwater, making it susceptible to yellowing and mold growth💦
Using a dedicated alkaline cleaner and a steam cleaner, we carefully removed contamination and mold that had worked its way into the rubber trim.

Next, we removed the mineral water spots from all of the windows.

埼玉県所沢市からお越しいただいたお客様は、トヨタ RAV4を所有されていました。
「ボンネットに深い傷が入ってしまっていて…。できれば目立たなくできませんか？」とのことでご来店いただきました。
実際にお車を確認すると、ボンネットには爪が引っかかるほどではないものの、かなり目立つ深めの傷が入っている状態でした💦
また、お客様はエアロ部分のゴムモールに発生した黄ばみやカビ、窓ガラス全体のウロコ汚れについても気にされていました。
まずは傷がどこまで改善できるか、その場で試しに研磨を行うことにしました。
すると傷は大幅に改善し、お客様にも仕上がりをご確認いただいたところ、

【施工前の状態】
お車を詳しく確認していきます。

【ボンネットの傷を研磨で改善】
まずはご相談いただいたボンネットの傷から施工していきます。
塗装の状態を確認しながら慎重に研磨を行い、傷の深さや塗装残量を見極めながら作業を進めます🔍
深めの傷ではありましたが、幸い塗装へのダメージは限定的だったため、研磨によって大幅な改善が可能でした。

【エアロゴムモールの黄ばみ・カビ除去】
続いて、お客様が気にされていたエアロ部分のゴムモールを施工していきます。
ゴムモールは紫外線や雨水の影響を受けやすく、黄ばみやカビが発生しやすい部分です💦
今回は専用のアルカリクリーナーとスチーマーを使用し、ゴムモール内部に入り込んだ汚れやカビを丁寧に除去していきます。
表面だけでなく細部まで洗浄することで、本来の黒さと質感を取り戻していきます🖤
施工後は白っぽく見えていた部分が改善し、車全体が引き締まった印象になりました✨
【窓ガラス全面ウロコ落とし】
続いて窓ガラス全面のウロコ除去を行います。
フロントガラス、サイドガラス、リアガラスまで一面ずつ丁寧に施工していきます💧
ウロコ汚れはミネラル分が固着して発生するため、通常の洗車では除去できません。
専用研磨剤を使用しながら、ガラス表面を丁寧に整えていきます。
施工後は曇って見えていたガラスに透明感が戻り、視界も大幅に改善しました✨

【通过抛光改善发动机盖划痕】
首先，我们从客户咨询的发动机盖划痕开始施工。
一边确认车漆状态，一边谨慎进行研磨，并根据划痕深度及剩余漆面厚度调整施工方式🔍
虽然划痕相对较深，但所幸对车漆造成的损伤比较有限，因此可以通过研磨得到明显改善。
研磨完成后，划痕已经改善到几乎难以察觉的程度，发动机盖原本的光泽感也重新恢复✨

【去除空气动力学套件橡胶饰条的泛黄与霉斑】
接下来，我们开始处理客户在意的空气动力学套件橡胶饰条。
橡胶饰条容易受到紫外线及雨水影响，因此比较容易出现泛黄及霉斑💦
本次我们使用专用碱性清洁剂及蒸汽清洗设备，仔细去除进入橡胶饰条内部的污渍及霉菌。
不仅处理表面，还会认真清洁各个细节，使其恢复原本的黑色及质感🖤
施工完成后，原本泛白的部分得到明显改善，整辆车看起来更加紧致利落✨
【全车玻璃水垢去除】
接下来，我们对全车玻璃进行水垢去除施工。
从前挡风玻璃、侧窗玻璃到后挡风玻璃，都会逐个区域仔细处理💧
水垢是由矿物质牢固附着在玻璃表面形成的，因此普通洗车无法将其彻底去除。
我们使用专用研磨剂，对玻璃表面进行细致处理。
