今回は埼玉県皆野町からご来店いただいたクラウンのフルパックダイヤモンドコーティング施工をご紹介します✨
【ご依頼内容】
埼玉県皆野町からお越しいただいたお客様は、トヨタ クラウンを所有されていました。
「ボンネットやルーフ、トランクが白っぽくボケてきてしまって…どうにか綺麗にならないですか？あと、ボディ全体に入っている細かいキズも気になっていて…」とのことでご来店いただきました。
実際にお車を確認すると、ボンネット・ルーフ・トランクといった紫外線の影響を受けやすい部分に、かなりひどい白ボケやくすみが見られる状態でした💦
さらに、ボディ全体には洗車傷や細かなスクラッチキズが入っており、せっかくのクラウンの艶や高級感が少し失われている印象でした。
このままコーティングを施工しても、本来の美しさを引き出すことは難しいため、まずは下地処理で塗装面をしっかり整えることが重要です。
そこで当店からは、ボディの状態をリセットしながら艶を最大限引き出すダイヤモンドコーティングに加え、窓ガラス・ホイール・未塗装樹脂までトータルで仕上げるフルパック施工をご提案しました✨

【施工前の状態】
お車を詳しく確認していきます。
トヨタ クラウンは、高級感と存在感のあるデザインが魅力的なお車です🚗
濃色系のクラウンは、光の当たり方によって小傷やくすみが目立ちやすくなります💡
このままコーティングを塗るだけでは、本来の艶や深みを最大限に引き出すことはできません。
そのため、まずは洗浄・下地処理を丁寧に行い、塗装面を整えてからダイヤモンドコーティングを施工していきます💪
また、窓ガラスには油膜やウロコ汚れが付着しており、雨の日の視界不良にもつながる状態でした。

【徹底的な洗浄と下地処理】
まずはボディ全体を徹底的に洗浄します。
砂ぼこりや泥汚れ、隙間に入り込んだ汚れを丁寧に落としていきます💧
コーティング施工において、この洗浄工程はとても重要です。
表面に汚れが残ったまま施工してしまうと、コーティングの密着性や仕上がりに影響してしまいます。
専用のケミカルを使用しながら、塗装面に付着した汚れや油分を丁寧に除去していきます🧼

洗浄後は、ボディの状態を確認しながら下地処理を進めていきます。

【全面窓ガラス油膜・ウロコ落とし】
次に、全面窓ガラスの油膜・ウロコ落としを行います。
フロントガラス、サイドガラス、リアガラスまで、ガラス全面を丁寧に施工していきます💧
窓ガラスに油膜が付着していると、雨の日にワイパーを動かしてもギラつきが残り、視界が悪くなってしまいます。
また、ウロコ汚れが固着していると、通常の洗車ではなかなか落とすことができません💦
専用のクリーナーを使用し、ガラス表面の油膜やウロコ汚れを丁寧に除去していきます。
特にフロントガラスは安全性に直結する部分なので、細かく確認しながら慎重に施工します🔍
ガラス表面が綺麗に整うことで、この後に施工する撥水コーティングの密着性も高まります✨
【窓ガラス撥水コーティング】
油膜・ウロコ落としでガラス面を整えた後は、窓ガラス撥水コーティングを施工します。
撥水コーティングを施工することで、雨水がガラス表面に留まりにくくなり、水玉となって流れやすくなります☔
