🧽🛠️ During Installation｜Careful Polishing to Ensure a Natural Finish Even with Partial Work
We began by polishing the hood.
The most important point in this case was not to polish only the area affected by the bird droppings⚠️
If only a small section is polished, there is a risk that:
・Only the polished area will become noticeably glossier
・A clear difference will appear between the treated area and the surrounding paint
・The repaired section may actually become more noticeable
For this reason, we polished the entire hood to create a natural and consistent finish🛠️✨
This allowed us to achieve:
・Reduced visibility of the etching caused by the bird droppings
・An even level of gloss across the entire hood
・A natural finish without any noticeable difference, despite the partial service
We then moved on to the window glass🪟
When removing mineral scale from glass, we thoroughly mask the rubber moldings and surrounding parts to prevent polishing compound from contacting them📏
Neglecting this masking process can cause problems such as:
・Deterioration of the rubber moldings
・White residue remaining on surrounding parts
・An untidy-looking final finish
After masking, we carefully removed the mineral scale bonded to the glass using a dedicated polishing compound🧼✨
As the final step, we applied a water-repellent coating, helping maintain clearer visibility even on rainy days☔👍
🌟🚐 After Installation｜A Finish So Natural That It Was Hard to Believe Only Partial Work Had Been Performed
After the work was completed, the Toyota 90 Voxy had changed so dramatically that it was hard to believe the customer had originally planned to request only a car wash😳✨
・The etching caused by the bird droppings was significantly improved
・The whitish, faded hood regained a deep gloss
・GARACORT BASE coating improved the level of protection
・The mineral scale on the window glass was completely removed

今回のそもそものご用命は、

でした。
ところが、洗車前のヒアリングでお話を伺っていくと、
実はお客様の中にいくつかお悩みがあることが分かりました。

・ボンネットに鳥フンが付着し、そのまま放置してしまった
・その影響で塗装が白っぽくなってしまった
・他店で点検に出した際、窓ガラスにウロコ汚れが付着
・市販のウロコ落としを購入し、自分で試したが全く落ちない
という状況でした💦
実際にお車を確認すると、
確かに洗車だけでは解決できない状態。
そこで今回は、

🛠️ ボンネットのみの部分研磨 ＆ ガラベースコーティング部分施工
をご提案し、施工させていただきました。
🔍施工前の状態｜鳥フンの浸食跡と、頑固なガラスウロコ
施工前の状態を詳しく見ていきます。
まずボンネットですが、
鳥フンが付着した部分が塗装を浸食し、白ボケた状態になっていました😥
鳥フンは酸性が強く、
付着したまま放置すると短時間でも
塗装にダメージを与えてしまいます。
次に窓ガラス。
こちらは、
・拭く程度では全く落ちない
・白く固着したウロコ汚れ
・市販のウロコ落としでは歯が立たない
といった状態でした🪟💦
この段階で、
「洗車だけでは絶対に綺麗にならない」
ということがはっきり分かります。

This time, we would like to introduce a service completed on a customer’s cherished Toyota 90 Voxy, brought to us from Gunma Prefecture🚐✨
The customer’s original request was simply:

However, as we spoke with the customer during the pre-wash consultation, we discovered that they were actually dealing with several concerns.
🗣️ Customer Consultation｜What Began as a Simple Car Wash Revealed More Serious Problems...
Here is what the customer told us👇
・Bird droppings had landed on the hood and were left untreated
・As a result, the paintwork had developed a whitish, faded appearance
・Mineral scale had become bonded to the windows when the vehicle was inspected at another shop
・The customer purchased a commercially available water spot remover and tried using it themselves, but it did not work at all
This was the situation💦
When we inspected the vehicle, it was clear that these problems could not be resolved through washing alone.
We therefore recommended and carried out the following services:

🔍 Condition Before Installation｜Bird Dropping Etching and Stubborn Mineral Scale on the Glass
Let us take a closer look at the vehicle’s condition before installation.
First, the bird droppings had etched into the paintwork on the hood, leaving the affected area whitish and faded😥
Bird droppings are highly acidic.
When left on the surface, they can damage the paintwork within a relatively short period.
Next, we inspected the windows.
The glass was affected by:
・Deposits that could not be removed through ordinary wiping
・Whitish mineral scale that had hardened onto the surface
・Stubborn contamination that commercially available water spot removers could not eliminate
This was the condition🪟💦
At this stage, it was completely clear that:
“This vehicle will never become clean through washing alone.”

实际检查车辆后，我们确认这些问题无法仅通过洗车解决。
因此，本次向客户推荐并施工了以下项目：
🪟 车窗玻璃水垢去除及疏水镀膜
🛠️ 仅对发动机盖进行局部研磨，并局部施工GARACORT BASE车身镀膜
🔍施工前的状态｜鸟粪腐蚀痕迹及顽固玻璃水垢
接下来详细了解一下施工前的车辆状态。
首先是发动机盖。
鸟粪附着的部位已经对车漆造成腐蚀，使表面出现了明显的泛白现象😥
鸟粪具有较强酸性。
如果附着后长时间不处理，即使时间不长，也可能对车漆造成损伤。
接下来是车窗玻璃。
玻璃当时存在以下问题：
・仅靠普通擦拭完全无法去除
・白色水垢已经牢固附着在玻璃表面
・即使使用市售水垢去除剂也完全无法处理
当时就是这样的状态🪟💦
到了这个阶段，我们已经可以明确判断：
“仅靠洗车，绝对无法让车辆恢复干净漂亮。”
