The customer, who visited us from Kumagaya City, Saitama Prefecture, had just taken delivery of their brand-new white Tesla Model Y.
They contacted us saying, “I only just bought it new, but it already has marks that look like pollen stains. Since I am having it treated, I would also like to protect everything together—not only the body, but also the windows and wheels.”
When we inspected the vehicle, we found multiple pollen stains, particularly on the hood and roof💦
Even on a brand-new vehicle, pollen stains can develop within a short period depending on the storage conditions and when the pollen adhered to the surface.
Although a white body may appear clean at first glance, accumulated stains and contamination can still reduce the gloss and clarity of the paintwork.
For this reason, we recommended first removing the pollen stains through controlled heat treatment, then refining the entire body through polishing before applying our highest-grade full-package Ceramic Coating✨

We began by carefully inspecting the vehicle.
