They contacted us saying, “The dealership applied a coating when the vehicle was delivered, but the finish is extremely uneven. It does not look clean or beautiful at all.”
When we inspected the vehicle, we found widespread coating unevenness across the entire body. Depending on the angle of the light, glare and inconsistent areas of light and dark were clearly visible💦
Despite being a brand-new vehicle, the paintwork had lost much of its intended gloss and clarity.
Simply applying another coating over the existing layer would not correct the problem, so the original coating first needed to be completely removed.

【Condition Before Installation】
We began by carefully inspecting the vehicle.
The Toyota 40 Vellfire is a popular luxury vehicle known for its commanding presence and premium appearance🚗
However, despite being brand-new, this particular vehicle had highly visible coating unevenness.
The level of gloss varied between panels, and the reflections across the paintwork appeared inconsistent.

We first removed the coating previously applied by the dealership.
Using dedicated solvents, we broke down and removed the existing coating layer🧼
If the previous coating remains partially on the surface, it can negatively affect both the polishing result and the adhesion of the new coating.
It is therefore important to remove the coating thoroughly, including from areas where it may not be immediately visible.
After the solvent treatment, we inspected the paintwork again before moving on to the next stage.
【Resetting the Paintwork Through Polishing】
After removing the coating, we polished the entire body.
We corrected the surface condition that had caused the uneven finish and refined the paintwork to create a consistent appearance💎
Each panel was carefully polished while monitoring the way light reflected from the surface, restoring the paintwork to a clear and even condition.

「納車時にディーラーでコーティングを施工してもらったんですが、ムラがひどくて…見た目が全然綺麗じゃないんです」とのことでご来店いただきました。
実際にお車を確認すると、ボディ全体にコーティングムラが広がっており、光の当たり方によってギラつきや濃淡が目立つ状態でした💦
新車にも関わらず、本来の艶や透明感が損なわれている印象です。
このまま上からコーティングを重ねても改善は難しいため、既存のコーティングを一度すべてリセットする必要があります。

まずはディーラー施工のコーティングを除去していきます。
専用の溶剤を使用し、コーティング被膜を分解・除去していきます🧼
コーティングが中途半端に残っている状態だと、研磨の仕上がりや新たに施工するコーティングの密着に悪影響を与えてしまいます。
そのため、見えない部分までしっかりと除去することが重要です。
溶剤処理後は、塗装面の状態を再確認し、次の工程へ進みます。

コーティングを除去した後は、ボディ全体の研磨を行います。
ムラの原因となっていた状態を整え、塗装面を均一に仕上げていきます💎

我们首先对车辆进行了细致检查。

各个车身面板的光泽感存在差异，光线在车漆表面的倒影也显得不自然。

为了改善这种状态，必须彻底去除原有镀膜，并将车漆表面重新恢复到平整均匀的状态。

【去除原有镀膜】
首先，我们开始去除经销商施工的镀膜。
使用专用溶剂分解并去除原有镀膜层🧼
如果原有镀膜没有被完全去除，残留在表面上，就会对研磨效果及新镀膜的附着力产生不良影响。
因此，即使是肉眼不容易发现的区域，也必须进行彻底处理。
完成溶剂处理后，我们再次确认车漆状态，然后进入下一道施工工序。

【陶瓷镀膜施工】
充分完成基础处理后，我们开始施工本店最高级别的陶瓷镀膜。
为了避免再次出现施工不均，我们会将镀膜产品均匀涂布，并使其充分附着在车漆表面🛡️
