During Installation: Thoroughly Restoring the Vehicle’s Beauty🔧
Step 1: Thorough Cleaning with Water Heated to Approximately 40°C♨️🧼
We began with a thorough wash using water heated to approximately 40°C.
Warm-water cleaning helps lift oily residue and contamination from the body more effectively🫧
Using a dedicated car shampoo and water heated to approximately 40°C, we carefully pre-washed the entire body of the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado.
We then used a high-quality wool wash mitt to clean every area thoroughly✨
We took the time to carefully wash every part of the Prado’s large body🚙
Areas that are normally difficult to see, including the inner sections of the doors, behind the bumpers, and inside the wheel arches, were also cleaned thoroughly.
Step 2: Iron Contamination Removal🧲
After washing, we used a dedicated iron remover to chemically break down the iron particles bonded to the body💥

Step 4: Removing Dullness and Creating a Mirror Finish Through Paint Correction🪞✨

Using professional polishing machines and compounds, we carefully removed the dullness across the body, together with any water spots that could not be eliminated chemically.
Toyota paintwork is relatively hard, so we selected the appropriate compounds, pressure, and polishing method for each area⚙️
We gradually changed between heavy-cut, medium-cut, and finishing compounds to refine the painted surfaces into a flawless mirror finish.

从远处观察时并不容易发现，不过近距离查看后，可以看到车漆表面布满了无数泛白斑点，严重影响了Prado原本应有的豪华质感😭
【车身整体暗淡】
更加严重的问题，是整个车身的暗淡状态。
随着时间推移，车漆表面逐渐老化，原本深邃的光泽已经消失😰
油膜及污渍不断积累，再加上紫外线造成的车漆氧化，使整个车身呈现出泛白、模糊的状态。
客户表示，多年来一直受到这个问题困扰：“即使洗完车，很快看起来还是很脏”“完全没有新车时期的光泽了。”💭
【前格栅车标掉漆】
另一个非常明显的问题，是前格栅上的车标。
受到紫外线、雨水及风吹影响，车标表面的油漆已经脱落，看起来十分老旧😱
这也成为严重影响丰田Land Cruiser Prado豪华质感的重要原因。
车标可以说是车辆前脸的重要组成部分。
如果这个部位老化，即使车身再漂亮，也会严重影响整体外观💔
【玻璃表面的油膜及水垢】
前挡风玻璃及侧窗玻璃牢固附着了大量顽固油膜及水垢😱
油膜是由尾气及空气中的油性成分长期积累形成的。
特别是在夜间驾驶时，对向车辆的灯光会在玻璃表面产生强烈散射及眩光，属于非常危险的状态🚨
后挡风玻璃也牢固附着了大量白色水垢，使后方视野明显变差。
【前大灯黄变及模糊】
前大灯灯罩受到紫外线影响，也出现了黄变及模糊问题💡
新车时期清澈透明的状态已经完全消失，夜间可视性也有所下降。
客户希望能够彻底改善目前的状态，因此我们建议进行前大灯研磨及保护镀膜🙌
施工前的车辆状态：由专业人员进行细致检查🔍
【仔细检查车身状态】
首先，我们对整个车身进行了细致检查👀
水渍及整体暗淡是主要问题，不过仔细观察后，还可以看到大量细小洗车划痕及其他擦痕。
车身表面还附着了铁粉。
深谷及熊谷地区距离工业区较近，因此车辆经常会在车主没有察觉的情况下附着铁粉⚠️
【车标的老化状态】
仔细检查前格栅车标后，我们发现大面积油漆已经脱落，部分位置甚至可以看到底层表面😢
车标表面也变得十分粗糙，在这种状态下无法将贴膜施工得平整漂亮。
因此，必须先进行充分的打磨处理，使表面恢复平滑后再进行贴膜🔧
【玻璃表面的状态】
检查所有玻璃后，我们发现前挡风玻璃牢固附着了严重油膜，后挡风玻璃及侧窗玻璃则布满了大量水垢💦
在这种状态下，雨天视野会非常差，夜间驾驶也存在危险😰
【前大灯的状态】
前大灯灯罩表面已经发黄并变得模糊，同时还出现了许多细小裂纹。
如果继续放置不处理，老化会不断加重，最严重时可能需要直接更换灯罩😱
我们与客户一起确认车辆状态后，最终确定了施工内容。
接下来，正式开始恢复Prado原本的美感💪✨
