◆ Condition Before the Service
We first carefully inspected the vehicle when it arrived.
Sand and dust, rain marks, and road contamination were present across the entire body. More specifically, we found:
・Fine sand and dust on the roof and hood
・Road spray and contamination around the lower body and rear gate
・Accumulated brake dust on the wheels
・Reduced water repellency and coating performance
Looking at the vehicle as a whole, contamination had accumulated over a long period of time in almost every area, and some of it appeared to include substances that ordinary washing alone would not completely remove.
That said, the paintwork itself was still in good condition.
We determined that:
“With the correct cleaning and maintenance, the vehicle can still be restored to a beautiful condition.”
After explaining the current condition to the customer, we were able to begin the service with confidence😊
For this Lexus RX, we carried out one of the most thorough maintenance services we offer: our “3PH Wash.”
“3PH” is a washing method that breaks down contamination using three different chemical properties:
① Alkaline
② Neutral
③ Acidic
By using these three stages appropriately, we can remove contamination that ordinary washing often cannot fully eliminate, including:
・Oily residue
・Water spots caused by mineral deposits
・Brake dust
・Road spray and contamination
All while minimizing unnecessary stress on the paintwork✨
We begin with a pure-water pre-wash.
Unlike ordinary water, pure water contains almost no mineral content, which provides an important benefit:
“It helps prevent new water spots from forming during the wash.”
The Kumagaya area experiences intense heat and strong sunlight, so water can dry very quickly during washing. For that reason, pure-water washing is particularly well suited to this environment.
● Gentle Cleaning with High-Foaming Shampoo
The foam helps lift contamination while reducing friction against the body.
By using the foam as a cushion, we carefully wash the vehicle while minimizing the risk of unnecessary scratches on the paintwork.
● Chemically Breaking Down Oily and Bonded Contamination
We remove contamination step by step, including:
・Oily film from exhaust gases
・Road spray and contamination
・Brake dust
・Bonded rain marks
By thoroughly practicing a “wash without aggressively abrading the surface,” we can safely care for coated vehicles as well.
◆ During the Service
The Lexus RX is a large vehicle with broad panels and considerable height, so every area is carefully washed by hand.
We pay particular attention to areas where contamination tends to accumulate, such as the wheels, behind the bumpers, and around the trim.
Pure-water washing creates such a clean finish that the difference can be noticeable immediately during rinsing.
One of the satisfying parts of the process is the feeling that:
“The water does not simply bead away—it carries the contamination cleanly off the surface.”
Even during the work, it feels incredibly refreshing😄
Midway through the process, we use an acidic cleaner to break down visible water spots and bonded inorganic contamination.
Rather than polishing or aggressively rubbing the surface, we allow the cleaner to lift and dissolve the contamination itself, helping keep the load on the paintwork to an absolute minimum.
After the wash, the overall dullness was removed from the body, revealing a clear, transparent-looking gloss that allows the light to flow beautifully across the surface✨
The sculpted design of the Lexus RX appeared even more three-dimensional, giving the vehicle a much stronger presence.
The customer also inspected the finished result and said:
“I haven’t been able to wash it regularly, but I didn’t realize it could be restored this much!”
“I’d also like to ask you about how to maintain it from now on.”

本次，一位来自埼玉县熊谷市的雷克萨斯RX车主来到本店。

◆ 施工前的车辆状态
车辆入库后，我们首先认真检查了整体状态。
可以看到砂尘、雨水痕迹及道路污渍已经附着在整个车身上。具体包括：
・车顶及发动机盖上的细小砂尘
・车辆下部及尾门周围的道路卷起污渍
・轮毂上累积的刹车粉尘
・原有疏水性能及镀膜效果已经减弱
从整体情况来看，几乎每个部位都存在长期累积的污渍，其中还混杂了一些仅靠普通洗车难以彻底清除的污染物。
不过，车漆本身的状态仍然保持得不错。
我们判断：
“只要进行正确的清洗及维护，车辆依然可以恢复到非常漂亮的状态。”
