They contacted us saying, “Since the whole family uses this car, I always want to keep it clean. But with children and a busy schedule, it is difficult to find enough time to wash it properly.”
When we inspected the vehicle, we found numerous washing marks and scratches caused by daily use.
As is common with family vehicles, there were many fine scratches around the door panels and rear tailgate caused by children getting in and out and by loading and unloading luggage💦
Water stains and mineral deposits had also become firmly bonded across the entire body, reducing the vehicle’s original shine.

【Condition Before Installation】
We began by carefully inspecting the vehicle.
The body of the Nissan C28 Serena had washing marks throughout from regular daily use.
Because it is used every day as a family vehicle, we found many scratches caused by contact when opening and closing the doors and when loading or unloading luggage.
Fine scratches were especially concentrated around the sliding doors and rear tailgate, where children regularly get in and out and luggage is frequently handled😢
Under direct sunlight, the entire body appeared whitish and dull.
This was caused by countless washing marks, water stains, and mineral deposits.
Firmly bonded rain spots and water stains were particularly noticeable on the hood and roof💧
The water in the Kumagaya area tends to contain a relatively high level of minerals, so if the vehicle is not dried promptly after washing, water spots can form quickly.
We also found a significant amount of bonded iron contamination across the body.
Areas such as Fukaya, Kumagaya, and Hanazono are located near industrial zones, so iron particles can settle on vehicles without the owner noticing⚠️
Fortunately, the paint itself had not deteriorated significantly. With thorough polishing and coating installation, the vehicle still had excellent potential to regain its beauty💪

【Pure-Water Hand Wash and Careful Surface Preparation】
We began with a pure-water hand wash.
At GARACORT BASE, we use pure water for hand washing as part of the surface preparation process before car coating installation.
Why do we use pure water?
Ordinary tap water contains minerals, and when those minerals dry on the vehicle, they can cause water spots.
Pure water contains almost no minerals, making water spots much less likely to form.
Because we were preparing the vehicle for our highest-grade Diamond Coating, we carried out the surface preparation with particular care💧
We first used a pressure washer to rinse away contamination from the surface of the body.
This pre-wash stage is extremely important. If a sponge is used while sand, dust, and dirt remain on the vehicle, those particles can act like an abrasive and scratch the paintwork.
After thoroughly rinsing away the loose contamination, we covered the entire vehicle in snow foam☁️
The fine foam lifted contamination away from the surface so it could be removed gently.
The large body of the Serena was carefully washed using a generous amount of foam.
Using water heated to approximately 40°C together with a dedicated car shampoo also helped remove firmly bonded contamination more effectively♨️
【Removing Iron Contamination to Clean the Paintwork】
After washing, we used a dedicated iron remover to eliminate bonded iron particles from the body.
Areas such as Kumagaya, Fukaya, and Hanazono are located near industrial zones, so iron particles can settle on vehicles without the owner noticing⚠️
When the iron remover was applied, it reacted with the contamination and changed to a purple color🟣
If iron particles are left beneath the coating, they can eventually contribute to rust formation, so they must be thoroughly removed.

【Thorough Mineral Deposit and Water Stain Removal】
Next, we removed the water stains and mineral deposits that had become firmly bonded to the body.

【Degreasing and Diamond Coating Installation】
Once polishing was complete, we thoroughly degreased the vehicle.
If oils from the polishing compounds or other contamination remain on the surface, the coating may not bond correctly.

【純水手洗い洗車と丁寧な下地処理】
まず取りかかったのが、純水手洗い洗車です。

なぜ純水なのか？
通常の水道水にはミネラル分が含まれていて、これが乾くと水シミの原因になるんです。
でも純水ならミネラル分がほぼゼロなので、水シミができにくい。
最上位のダイヤモンドコーティングを施工する前だからこそ、下地処理は特に念入りに行います💧
まずは高圧洗浄機で、ボディ表面の汚れを一気に洗い流します。
この予洗いが本当に大事で、砂埃や汚れがついたままスポンジで洗うと、それが研磨剤のようになって塗装を傷つけてしまうんです。
予洗いでしっかりと汚れを落とした後は、スノーフォームで車全体を泡で包みます☁️
きめ細かい泡が汚れを浮き上がらせ、優しく除去していきます。
セレナの大きなボディを、たっぷりの泡で優しく洗い上げていく感じです。
約40度のお湯と専用のカーシャンプーを使うことで、固着した汚れも効果的に落ちていきます♨️
【鉄粉除去で塗装面をクリーンに】
洗浄後は、専用の鉄粉除去剤を使ってボディに付着した鉄粉を除去します。

我们首先对车辆进行了细致检查。
日产C28 Serena的整个车身都存在日常使用产生的洗车划痕。

【纯水手工洗车与细致基础处理】
首先进行的是纯水手工洗车。
GARACORT BASE在汽车镀膜的基础处理过程中，会使用纯水进行手工洗车。
为什么要使用纯水？
普通自来水中含有矿物质，水分干燥后，这些矿物质可能会形成水渍。
纯水几乎不含矿物质，因此不容易产生水渍。

首先使用高压清洗机，将车身表面的污渍充分冲洗干净。
预洗非常重要。如果在车身仍然附着砂尘及污渍的情况下直接使用海绵清洗，这些颗粒可能会像研磨剂一样划伤车漆。
充分冲洗掉表面污渍后，我们会使用雪花泡沫覆盖整辆车☁️
细腻的泡沫可以将污渍从表面浮起，并以温和的方式进行去除。
我们会使用充足的泡沫，认真清洗Serena较大的车身。
通过使用约40°C的温水及专用汽车清洁剂，已经牢固附着的污渍也可以更加有效地去除♨️
【去除铁粉，使车漆表面恢复干净】
清洗完成后，我们使用专用铁粉去除剂，清除附着在车身上的铁粉。

研磨过度会损伤车漆，研磨不足则会留下划痕。
