【Condition Before Installation】
We began by carefully inspecting the vehicle.

We began by removing the door handles.

【Cleaning and Preparing the Door Cup Areas】
After removing the door handles, we carefully cleaned the surrounding door cup areas.
Hand oils, skin residue, fine sand, and dust can easily accumulate inside the door cups💧

「ドアハンドル周りの爪傷がかなり気になっていて…。これ以上傷が増えないように保護したいです」とのことでご来店いただきました。
実際にお車を確認すると、ドアカップ部分には乗り降りの際に付いてしまった爪傷が複数確認できる状態でした💦
ドアカップは毎回手が触れる部分のため、気を付けていても爪や指輪、鍵などによって細かな傷が入りやすい箇所です。
浅い傷であれば研磨で改善できる場合もありますが、深く入ってしまった爪傷は研磨だけでは完全に除去できないこともあります。
そこで今回は、ドアハンドルを取り外したうえで、ドアカップ部分へPPF施工を行うことになりました✨

【ドアハンドル取り外し】
まずはドアハンドルを取り外していきます。
通常、ドアカップPPFはドアハンドルを付けたまま施工する方法もありますが、今回はより綺麗に仕上げるため、ドアハンドルを外して施工します🔧
ドアハンドルを外すことで、フィルムを奥までしっかり施工でき、端部の処理もより自然に仕上げることができます。
また、ハンドル周辺の細かな汚れや傷の状態も確認しやすくなります。
高級車のパーツ脱着は慎重な作業が必要なため、傷を付けないよう丁寧に進めていきます✨
【ドアカップ周辺の洗浄・下地処理】
ドアハンドルを取り外した後は、ドアカップ周辺を丁寧に洗浄していきます。
ドアカップ部分には、手垢や皮脂汚れ、細かな砂ぼこりなどが蓄積しやすくなります💧
汚れや油分が残ったままPPFを施工してしまうと、密着不良や仕上がり不良の原因になってしまいます。
専用クリーナーを使用しながら、細部までしっかり脱脂・洗浄していきます🧼
この下地処理を丁寧に行うことで、PPFの仕上がりと耐久性が大きく変わります✨
【深い爪傷を目立ちにくくする】
PPF施工前に、ドアカップ部分の傷の状態を確認します。
浅いスクラッチ傷は研磨で軽減できることがありますが、今回のように深く入った爪傷は、無理に研磨しすぎると塗装に負担がかかってしまいます💦
そのため、塗装状態を見極めながら必要以上に削りすぎず、PPF施工によって傷を目立ちにくくする方法を選択しました。

首先，我们拆下车门把手。
通常情况下，车门把手凹槽PPF也可以在不拆卸把手的状态下施工。不过，为了获得更加美观自然的效果，本次选择拆下把手后再进行施工🔧
拆下车门把手后，可以将保护膜施工至凹槽更深的位置，边缘部分也能够处理得更加自然。
同时，也更方便确认把手周围积累的细小污渍及划痕状态。
高级车辆的零部件拆装需要非常谨慎，因此整个过程都会仔细进行，避免对车辆造成任何损伤✨
【车门把手凹槽周围的清洗与基础处理】
拆下车门把手后，我们开始仔细清洗车门把手凹槽周围。
车门把手凹槽内部容易积累手印、皮脂、细小砂尘及其他污渍💧
如果在污渍或油分仍然残留的状态下施工PPF，可能会造成保护膜粘贴不牢或影响最终效果。
我们使用专用清洁剂，对所有细节部位进行彻底清洗与脱脂处理🧼

施工PPF之前，我们首先确认车门把手凹槽部位的划痕状态。
