◆ How the Customer Found Us and Their Concerns
Before visiting, the owner contacted us and explained:
“I don’t get many opportunities to wash the vehicle regularly, and before I know it, the entire truck becomes dirty💦”
“I want to restore it to a clean, refreshed condition again.”
The Tundra has an extremely large body, and when a vehicle is parked outdoors or driven long distances frequently, it tends to accumulate:
・Sand and dust
・Rainwater marks
・Road spray and debris
・Oily film and residue
These types of contamination can build up surprisingly quickly.
The owner clearly cared deeply about this vehicle, and we could strongly feel their desire to “enjoy driving it in a clean and comfortable condition” through the way they spoke✨
◆ Pre-Service Inspection
After the vehicle arrived, we first inspected the entire body carefully.
Under our lighting, we identified:
・Sand and dust on the hood and roof
・Bonded rain marks around the doors
・Mud contamination around the lower areas
・Early signs of water spots across the body surface
We found several types of contamination that can be difficult to remove through ordinary maintenance washing alone.
However, the paintwork itself was still in solid condition and had been well preserved.
With the correct cleaning process and coating treatment, we determined that the vehicle could still be restored to a very beautiful condition.
We explained to the owner:
“We’ll remove the contamination without rubbing more than necessary, while treating the paintwork as gently as possible.”
With that, we began the service💪✨
With a large vehicle such as the Tundra, even washing the body alone is a major task.
That is why we begin with a “pure-water pre-wash.”
Because pure water contains almost no mineral content, it provides major benefits:
✔ Less risk of creating new water spots during washing
✔ Allows contamination to rinse away cleanly without leaving mineral residue
We apply plenty of high-foaming shampoo and allow the soft foam to surround the contamination while minimizing friction against the body🫧
As the wash mitt glides across the panels, you can actually feel the contamination releasing smoothly from the surface, making the cleaning progress easy to notice.
The wheels, fenders, side steps, and panel edges where water and contamination tend to collect are also carefully brushed and cleaned.
However, the biggest challenge was the enormous tires!（笑）

On large vehicles, contamination tends to accumulate most heavily in areas that are difficult to see.
For that reason, we carried out every stage of the washing process thoroughly and carefully.
After washing, we applied a simple water-repellent coating to the body surface.
This time, we selected the product based on the owner’s requests:
・They do not have many opportunities to wash the vehicle regularly
・They want to maintain the gloss for as long as possible
・They want the body to become less prone to contamination
Taking these points into consideration, we selected the most suitable product✨
Rather than simply spraying and wiping it off, we also took the time to carefully work the product into the body surface to ensure an even, streak-free finish.
After application, the vehicle was finished with:
✔ A smooth, slick surface
✔ Strong water repellency that allows droplets to roll away
✔ A surface that is less likely to attract contamination

◆ ご来店の経緯・お悩み
オーナー様からは事前に
「普段はなかなか洗車ができず、気づけば全体的に汚れてしまう💦」
「一度スッキリ綺麗な状態に戻したい」
というご相談をいただいていました。
タンドラはボディサイズも大きく、
屋外駐車や移動距離が多いお車の場合、
気づけば
・砂埃
・雨シミ
・道路の巻き上げ汚れ
・油膜の付着
などが積み重なりやすい傾向があります。

◆ 施工前チェック
まずは入庫後にボディ全体をチェック。
照明を当てながら確認すると、
・ボンネット、ルーフに砂埃
・扉周りに雨跡の固着
・足回りに泥汚れ
・ボディ表面に水シミの始まり
など、定期的な洗車では落としにくい汚れが多く確認できました。
ただ塗装自体はしっかり守られており、
適切な洗浄とコーティングでまだまだキレイに戻せる状態。
オーナー様には
「必要以上に擦らず、塗装をいたわりながら
汚れを落としていきますね」
とご説明し、
施工に取り掛からせていただきました💪✨
タンドラのような大型ボディの場合、ただ洗うだけでも大仕事。
そこで当店ではまず
“純水前洗い”からスタートします。
純水はミネラル成分がほとんど含まれないため、
✔ 洗車中に新たな水シミができにくい
✔ 汚れを残さずスッキリ流せる
という大きなメリットがあります。
高発泡シャンプーをたっぷり使用し、
ボディへの摩擦を抑えながら、
柔らかい泡のクッションで汚れを優しく包んでいきます🫧
スポンジを滑らせると
汚れがスルッと抜けていく感覚が気持ちよく、
洗っていても手応えがしっかり分かります。
ホイール、フェンダー、ステップ、
水が回り込みやすいパネルの段差も
丁寧にブラッシング。
しかし一番の難点はタイヤが大きすぎること！笑
お待たせ致しました💦
大型車は“見えにくい部分ほど汚れが溜まる”ため、

◆ 到店经过及客户的烦恼
车主在到店前曾向我们咨询：
“平时很难有时间洗车，等注意到的时候，整辆车已经变得非常脏了💦”
“希望可以重新恢复到一次彻底干净、清爽的状态。”
Tundra的车身尺寸非常大。
如果车辆长期露天停放，或者日常行驶距离较多，就很容易逐渐累积：
・砂尘
・雨水痕迹
・道路卷起的污渍
・油膜及油性污渍
这些污染往往会在不知不觉中不断增加。
车主非常珍惜这辆爱车。
从沟通中，我们也能够充分感受到他“希望能够更加舒服地驾驶爱车”的想法✨
◆ 施工前检查
车辆入库后，我们首先对整个车身进行了详细检查。
通过灯光仔细观察，可以发现：
・发动机盖及车顶附着砂尘
・车门周围存在已经牢固附着的雨水痕迹
・车辆下部存在泥土污渍
・车身表面已经开始出现水渍
这些污渍中，有不少仅靠普通定期洗车已经很难彻底清除。
不过，车辆本身的车漆状态依然保持得不错。
只要采用正确的清洗方式及镀膜处理，仍然可以重新恢复到非常漂亮的状态。
我们向车主说明：
“会尽量避免不必要的摩擦，在保护车漆的同时认真清除污渍。”
说明完成后，正式开始施工💪✨
对于Tundra这样的大型车来说，仅仅完成整车清洗就已经是一项非常大的工程。
因此，本店首先从“纯水预洗”开始。
由于纯水几乎不含矿物质，因此拥有以下明显优势：
✔ 洗车过程中不容易形成新的水渍
✔ 可以让污渍更加干净地被冲走，不容易残留矿物质
我们会大量使用高发泡洗车液，在尽量减少车身摩擦的同时，让柔软泡沫形成缓冲层，温和包裹并带走污渍🫧
洗车手套滑过车身时，可以明显感受到污渍顺畅地从表面脱离，施工过程中也能够清楚感受到清洁效果。
轮毂、翼子板、侧踏板，以及容易积水和藏污的车身面板接缝，也会认真使用刷具进行清洁。
不过，最大的难点还是轮胎实在太大了！（笑）
