The first stage is our signature snow foam washing process.
Even though this is a new vehicle, it still needs to be cleaned thoroughly before coating installation. At the same time, we must avoid causing any scratches.
This is where snow foam becomes especially effective☁️

Using a dedicated foam cannon, we cover the entire vehicle in thick, fluffy foam. The bright white foam, which looks almost like snow, gently lifts contamination from the surface.

🔹 Reaches Detailed Areas
The foam penetrates detailed areas such as the door handles, grille, and wheel arches.

A vehicle completely covered in thick foam is fun to watch!
Using a dedicated foam cannon, we sprayed snow foam across the entire Jimny Nomade.
Within moments, the entire vehicle was covered in bright white foam😊
The customer also watched the process with excitement and said, “Wow, that’s amazing! I’ve never seen anything like this before!”
Step 2: Allowing the Foam to Lift the Contamination
After applying the snow foam, we left it to dwell for several minutes.
This waiting period is important. It gives the foam enough time to penetrate the contamination and lift it away from the body⏰
There is no need to rush. We allow the foam to work for the appropriate amount of time so it can deliver its maximum cleaning performance.
Step 3: Rinsing Away Contamination with High-Pressure Water
Once the foam had sufficiently lifted the contamination, we rinsed the vehicle using a high-pressure washer.
The powerful water flow allowed the contamination to slide away together with the foam💧
The Jimny’s distinctive rugged design includes many raised and recessed areas around the grille and bumpers. High-pressure washing allows us to clean these detailed sections thoroughly.
Step 4: Pure-Water Hand Wash
After removing the majority of the contamination with snow foam and high-pressure washing, we moved on to a pure-water hand wash.

We use pure water with the minerals removed, helping prevent water spots.
🧽 Ultra-Soft Microfiber
We use extremely fine microfiber wash materials that will not damage the new paintwork.
🧽 Careful Hand Washing
Detailed areas that machines cannot reach are carefully cleaned by hand.
The Jimny Nomade’s distinctive styling, angular body lines, and exclusive exterior components were all washed individually with great care🧼
Step 5: Iron Contamination Removal
Even new vehicles can have fine iron particles bonded to the surface.
Using a dedicated iron remover, we thoroughly removed iron contamination from the body.
The product changed to a purple color as it reacted with the iron particles, making the reaction clearly visible🟣
Step 6: Degreasing
Once the washing process was complete, we performed thorough degreasing.
If oil remains on the body surface, the coating cannot bond correctly.
Using a dedicated degreasing agent, we repeatedly wiped the body until the surface was perfectly clean.
Step 7: Light Paint Correction for a New Vehicle
Even on a new vehicle, microscopic inspection can reveal slight irregularities in the paint surface.
Using an ultra-fine polishing compound designed for new vehicles, we gently refined and smoothed the paintwork.
This process maximizes the adhesion of the coating💎
Step 8: GARACORT BASE Coating Application
We then moved on to the application of GARACORT BASE coating!

Step 9: Curing and Final Inspection
After applying the coating, we allowed sufficient time for it to cure properly.
We did not rush this process and allowed the coating to bond securely over the appropriate amount of time.

Were there any uneven areas or remaining residue?

We checked the vehicle repeatedly and thoroughly before returning it to the customer✨
